Organizations vs Groups vs Users vs shared account?

Hello, I've read through many documents now around user accounts, organizations and groups. I cannot for the life of me figure out how this makes sense, so I'm looking for some help.

I've created a personal account, and for some reason I also have an 'organization' by default. Up until recently I've seen no need for that to even exist, yet I cannot delete it in any way. Also attempting to create a new organization with a more neutral name has now led to multiple organizations connected to my account that I can't find any way to get rid of, making this workflow even more difficult to understand.

I'm now going to be in a situation where I'd like another user to be able to purchase assets from the store and have them available to me. I can add them to one of these already created 'organizations' but I still can't tell if that means that the purchased assets will be available for each person in the organization. I've read that only the specific user account that did the purchasing would be able to access the assets for updates/downloads/etc. If that's the case then it seems anything purchased by this second person would be nothing but a waste of time and money? :s

I will also have a third person soon that will also need access to any purchased assets. How is the stipulation made between assets that are based on a per seat licence and those that are not? I was starting to think that I should completely avoid all this 'organization' and 'group' clutter as much as I possibly can and just create a 'master' user account that is not tied to any one of these 3 people. But that would mean that that 'master' user account would probably need to be logged into from various machines, possibly even at the same time and I've now read that that is also not possible.

So what the holy hell is the intended workflow here?
Again for clarity, the situation is that there are three people, one needs to be the purchaser of everything that the other two people will need access to, and they need to be accessible (potentially) at the same time. I don't really care about sharing specific projects, just any purchases through the store.

Thank you in advance.
