-1 answers, 0 answers and one accepted, etc

These bugs have been around for ages, so since we now have this nifty place to report them, here goes:

a bunch of questions tend to show up in the list with an impossible number of answers. Specifically, questions tend to have "-1" answers posted, or have "0" answers posted, but marked in green ("question has accepted answer")
