I cannot answer to the question
When I'm trying to help by answering to a question in comments, I get:
We're sorry, but you are not allowed to answer multiple times to a question. We're sorry, but you do not have permission to do the activity you attempted. If you believe this to be in error, please contact the site administrator(s).
Is it possible to fix it?

Your reputation currently stands at 11, for this website I believe you need to have 20+ reputation before you can comment on a question.
If you are posting an actual response however, it's as the error above says;
'You are not allowed to answer multiple times to a question'
Meaning you've answered the question already. If you wish, you can update your answer by clicking the cog icon in the top right of your answer, and then pressing 'edit'.
