How to post in unity forum?

I can't even find the button to post.
There is no option to post a thread.

Log into your Unity Account.

Select 'Community' at the top of the Unity Interface.

Select 'Forums' within the 'Community' Interface.

Under Unity 'Community Support' select the category that you want to post in. (Ex; 2D, Audio & Video, Animation, etc.)

Select the 'Post Thread' and you may now post your topic.

I find it so silly how they set there forum page up. I have to google how to post for help even when im on the forums just put it on the menu bar and have a drop down selection for category when in posting. Thanks for help though appreciate it.

The unity forum is structured like any classical web forum in the bulletin style. This has been one of the standards for a very (very) long time.
