Unity does not build my game
I am using Unity 2018.4.15f1 Personal When i click build it starts building and loading screen appears and when loading is over it gets me to the file i selected to build the game but when i click to the folder there is nothing
Is this picture ok? Also i am getting these errors 
Can we ask for a bit more information? A screenshot of your build settings would do wonders :)

Could you verify that WebGL Build is working in general by starting a new project and building it in WebGL? If the WebGL build installation failed, you might not be able to build anything.
If you have verified that the build works in general, then could you copy and past the text in the first screenshot where you get the errors?

It sounds like your WebGL Build module is broken, though I must confess I do not know enough about the internal workings of the editor and how it installs build modules to suggest a quick solution.
If I were you I would simply uninstall Unity and re-install it, making sure to check "Web GL Build Support" during installation. This is somewhat laborious, but perhaps the most efficient process vs trying to fix the Build $$anonymous$$odule itself.
