When I try to play a game, Unity displays an error message that says all complier errors have to be fixed before you can enter play mode. But nothing shows up in the console as far as errors. How can I get console to display the errors, so I can fix them?
I just want console to display what errors I have, so I know what to fix

Is the Unity console window open?
http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/Console.html
If not, open it via Window | Console
If you really don't see any errors there (not sure why that'd be), you could try to compile from within your scripting IDE (assuming Visual Studio or MonoDevelop). You should see the same compile errors there...
It reappeared when I close the project and reopened it. Thanks for your help.
