How to mention users with an "at" symbol at beginning? When i try to make an "at" symbol it places this "> Blockquote" instead of an "at" symbol. Thanks.

Try pushing the other symbol on the keyboard ins$$anonymous$$d. They usually are swapped.
You need to select the correct keyboard mapping for your keyboard's country/region in your operating system's settings to get them to work the way they should.
Also on windows, if you open the character map and click a symbol it gives you a keycode you can type in combination to produce the character you want. Windows also has a cheating method in the character map of copying and pasting.
Type charmap in the search bar of windows start menu.
If it not this nonsense, try it in a different broswer.
