Whenever I try to ask a question from from Firefox, I am taken to this page:
Also, whenever I try to submit a comment nothing happens. Everything works fine in Chrome.

I use UA in Firefox every day. At a guess, it looks like you're either blocking or have a corrupt cookie?
Sometimes I have Unity Answers open in several tabs. Could that cause an issue?
No, it's not an issue having multiple tabs. See here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-login-issues-on-websites-require-passwords

It looks like a bug of login. I had the same. You have to refresh and wait a little. After like 10, 15 seconds, I could post anew.
I seriously can't do anything when using Firefox. I can't comment, vote, reward... Refreshing and waiting doesn't change anything.
Did you destroyed all cookies or forbid the access of the cookies from Firefox to the website ? It may cause a bug in your login
Nope, I've never destroyed them. I just checked the settings and cookies are accepted on all sites.
