Scene Appears Corrupt - index out of range, issue with sharedassets0.assets.resS

I had some serious issues with my git repository and restoring the state of my project. After I got it back in place, I couldn't open Unity - turned out that the default scene was corrupted. I renamed the scene in the Finder and was able to open Unity, but trying to load the scene caused a crash with the following log:

Issues with the sharedassets0.assets.resS file all seem to point to some Typeface asset package that I'm not using. Is there any way to rebuild the scene asset, or possibly "fix" it? I can't seem to get it to work.
