Moving File Failed

Hey there everyone, before you say anything, yes, I have looked at other people's problem with this and I can't seem to get it to work with mine. So basically what happened is that I was working on my game and then I saved and closed. I turned off my PC and then I turned it back on in order to continue working on my game. When I opened up my Unity project, I get Moving File Failed. Now I had saved my game and it was working perfectly fine. This is actually the first time it has done that. I have no idea why. I had recently upgraded to Unity 2018.2 and installed it onto another harddrive that I have and not directly to my C drive. I don't know if this is my problem or not, I doubt it. I am simply unable to open my project anymore and it really is going to set me back a whole lot if I have to go back to a previous copy that I had before. Any and all help will be great. I'm using Windows 10 and Unity 2018.2. Below are screenshots of what I see. Also, if I make a new project it works fine, the new one, and I can even open up old ones. I really don't know what the problem is. I've run it as administrator, Unity, and it still doesn't work. Also, when I try to make a copy, CTRL C and CTRL V, apparently I am unable to do so. Thank you all.alt text

Edit: So I just grabbed my Assets folder from my original project and moved it to a new project and it works fine(ish), there were some undesired effects but it was mostly intact. Why is this? I really have no idea what the problem is, especially since it works fine in another project.
