Unity freezes on play after moving project folder

I've moved my unity projects to a new computer that has a newer version of Unity installed (but not that much newer).

Now Unity freezes upon Play AND when I try to close the editor.

Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? I can use the editor just fine, as well as I can build the game and run it.

Are there steps I missed when I moved the project across computers?

I am using the Universal pipeline.
