Why does unity suddenly lag?
So today I fired up Unity and all my projects suddenly lags with 10fps in both editor and play mode. I tried making a new project, it also lags, the scene is empty except for a cube and a sphere. I also tried upgrading the new empty project to 2019.3.1f1 but to no avail.
I googled and tried out stuff from the top hits:

None of those solutions worked.
Dear Unity, you have always been my favorite game engine. I have used it since the days of Ogre3d and NeoAxis Engine and I have never looked anywhere else since then. ...but tonight I think I'm going to try out Unreal.
So, I forgot to check my drivers... Funny thing is I tried to install not only Unreal, but even Godot just out of pure rage, politely the installer tells me my drivers are not supported. Turns out Geforce Experience could not even find them, so I install new ones and Unity is awesome again, thank you Godot!
