Loading Custom Texture, Audio, Sprite at runtime (Like Resource Packs in minecraft ye)

I need to do Resource Packs system, because i'm working on game at unity 2020, so ppl can't make mod and i decided to make Resource Pack system, but how i'll do?

There will be screen to select and load your own resource pack. How i suppost to display it at game Is it possible like all Resorce packs are kept at "C:\Users\user\Desktop\gamefolder\game_Data\Resoures\ResourePacks" and for example inside "Default" folder will be "Info" folder with some json file, with name info and desc info + pack texture!
