UnityVS.CSharp.targets not found
I tried opening my unity .CSharp project, retrieving it from source control, and it won't load. The error is:
The imported project "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\SyntaxTree\UnityVS\2015\UnityVS.CSharp.targets" was not found.
I looked in that location and UnityVS.CSharp.targets was not there. I have installed Visual Studio 2015, Unity 5.3, and Unity tools for Visual Studio -- the same set up on my other machine. Why can't I open a stand-alone unity csproj file?

After trying a few things around the internet I solved this problem for myself by deleting all the .csproj and .sln files in my project and let unity regenerate them when I opened a script file from within unity.
Thank you @dshook! I struggled with this problem for most of a day, tried reinstalling both VS and Unity to no end, and this solution finally fixed it for me!
