To filter logcat output just run it with the -s FilterName flag. (i.e adb.exe logcat -s Unity).
Also, I would recommend using the Eclipse ADT plugin, it has a logcat viewer which is super useful (able to change filters on the fly, pause logcat stream, etc). It's a much more productive way to debug on Android, rather than trying to keep up with a stream of characters in the terminal/command line :)
Here's a good command line (taken from eriQue):
adb logcat -s Unity Activity$$anonymous$$anager Package$$anonymous$$anager dalvikvm DEBUG

Is there no way to just display logging info similarly to how it is shown in the unity editor? There is so much stuff streaming through even using the suggested command line. And that plugin that Kolmich suggested is $50, which is obscene.
disable development build under build settings and you get a lot less stuff.
