              Does character bones and rigs should be according to mecanim clip ?
I am a beginner in unity and want to animate a character. I have purchased FPS Character animation Pack (https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/animations/fps-character-animation-pack-11709) From Asset store and a FPS character. The Animation Pack comes with mecanim clips but I dont know how to apply them to the new character I bought. Does the character needs to be rigged according to mecanim ?
