Unity 5.0 freezes on second launch.
I've tried reinstalling, but the problem persists.
I have a similar problem, every time I enter to a certain scene in Play mode and If I back to editor of unity the problems begin, the editor freezes when you save a script, when close the unity editor, on play button.. my scripts does not give me any error, I have a video card GTX 750 Ti, someone knows the solution?

Does it happen, if you try to open a project or just starting Unity?
If it happens at opening your project, try to create a new one and try to open it several times. Maybe you have a weird bug in your project (maybe made with Unity 4.x?).
Other possibility: Your graphic card or display driver is corrupt. Or your whole OS is corrupt.
Well, its not freezing like, crashing freezing. It's more like, not updating the window when I interact with it. Now that I think about it, it's probably the card or my driver. Although every other program that uses my gpu works fine, so I don't know why this is isolated.
Do you use other tools, which are stress your gpu? (3d model software or something)
If you just use Windows $$anonymous$$edia Player, you won't notice any hard problems :).

oh yeah, sorry. I do use blender for modelling, and I play games from time to time as well, which is why I was confused on why this issue was only for unity. I've tried it on a different pc(me trusty backup), so I know it's not a issue with my methods. I've updated my drivers and it's not helped.
