Unity keeps crash and nothing happens (There is no fix available)

Hello I'm using Unity on my school project. I used Unity for the first time 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly. I haven't used it in the meantime, and I tried it yesterday. But it keeps crashing when I just open or create new project and add one 3d object. Sometimes the error message (There is no fix available), and sometimes it just freezes.

As a result, nothing is working (camera, moving, creating object, nothing! but freezes!)

I tried old version, new version of unity, uninstall, install, window update ...

Anyone can help me with this problem? :'(
