Shadows will work in android ?

Hi All,

I am using unity 3d one month pro version. It will include all the pro features right ? When i tried with simple shadows and build the apk. After installing in a device the shadows are not appear.

Using UnityPro version shadows will support or not on android?

Please guide me.

Yes...shadow do not support in Android...Check here...! Read this line...! Mobile (iOS & Android): OpenGL ES 2.0 GL_OES_depth_texture support. Most notably, Tegra-based Android devices do not have it, so shadows are not supported there. http://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/Manual/Shadows.html

I have a Nexus6 with OES_depth_texture but with Unity Personal the shadows not appear on the device, why?

I have the same problem too. They work fine on nexus 5 but not on 6. $$anonymous$$aybe a bug or something.

Shadows will work in android ?
