unity crashes on start

Always when I want to start Unity it says: Unity doesn't work anymore As I installed it the first time there was this warning: could not enable .net framework 3.5 the program could maybe not work. So it didn't work. Then I reinstalled it and installed it again. But the warning didn't come. But when i start Unity the message "Unity doesn't work anymore" comes up. Thanks for the answers and sorry for this English :-|
