2D puzzle Game

Hello all,

I am fairly new to unity. I`ve been wanting to recreate a puzzle game I saw on gamesalad but haven`t been able to. I`ve managed to put on picture on a panel with grid layout and using parenting, I`ve been able to drag and drop into the box, but cannot find anywhere how to split up the picture and build them back piece by piece and the game shown. Can anybody shine a light or point me to a tutorial or template that I can look at ?
