Using external assembly on IOS (ExecutionEngineException)
Hi to All,
I try to use my external assembly on IOS. It works perfectly on Win, Mac, Android. However on IOS it throws:
ExecutionEngineException: Attempting to JIT compile method 'System.Linq.OrderedEnumerable`1>:GetEnumerator ()' while running with --aot-only.
Workarounding a specific line which was using the linq methos .LastOrDefaul() now I got a similar exception elsewhere.
The code I trying to reuse in this assembly is full of LINQ expressions.
What I've tried: - Build settings / AOT Optiond: full (does not even loads the app) - I tried to compile this external assembly with MonoDevelop Mono/3.5 profile. - I tried to include the source files in my Unity project Asset folder instead of using a .DLL, this unfortunately not an option as the source files contain namespaces.
What to do now? In my project I was planning to reuse that source/assembly?
Thx for answers
