2019.3.9f1 cannot open the "learn projects"

Hi guys. I just installed the newest version 2019.3.9f1 But now unity cannot open any of the "learn projects". It says error messages such as:

error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'Timeline' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

or

Import parameters got modified during import

With previous versions it was OK, I just upgraded to have access to more "learn projects" but now I can't even open the old ones. Can you please help
