When I open Unity, why is there no Learn tab?
I'm trying to learn from the Play and Edit Mode lesson from Interactive Tutorials, and the first thing it says is to open Unity and go to the Learn tab. However, there is no Learn tab! A Getting Started tab takes its place. I updated Unity to the latest version, btw, which is apparently version 5.4.5p5. 
The latest version of Unity is 2018 and the website you're seeing is using 2017.3, os maybe Unity 5 didn't have "Learn and Edit"
The latest version is 2018.1.6 (https://store.unity.com/download?ref=personal)
I can see the Learn tab in the latest version. They may have just renamed Learn to Getting started in your version of unity.
