rect transform, dont chance with the new version 5.3.4?

Download the latest update of unity, and I caused problems in a job that previously worked correctly, alter rect transform changes and I can not change the look of the camera, anyone can help in this situation.

The table appears in the screenshot should be at 640 x 960 and does not accept any variation alt text

but if any other object selection whether to accept changes alt text

this problem is important, because I can not change the screenspace camera and only part of the total project scene looks.
