How to be a Unity Ninja?

Hi i'm new asking questions in unity help, and this one isn't hard. I want to be a Unity Power User and i would like your input. Right now i'd classify myself as lower-intermediate in making 2D games in Unity. I know all the basics, now i want to improve upon it by learning from the best .

People haven't asked this before I don't mean to belittle the years of experience people have in Unity or game dev in general. But new year's resolution an 'all would you recommend spending time on https://unity3d.com/learn videos to fast track becoming an expert Unity user as opposed to outside sources and stuff like youtube? Remember time is the premium here. I would love to do both, but i am better at following one through.

By being a pro i basically mean having a holistic and intuitive 2D, 3D development know-how. Something that goes in depth on many aspects of using Unity. Making 1st person, 3rd person, strategy and platformers. If you quote outside sources. It would be greatly appreciated if you can cite the people you think are great.

P.S: Lots of great games depending on this.
