Failed to Build and Run on Windows Phone with UWP
Hi, I'm trying to build and run my scene on a Windows Phone using UWP, the build is successful, but run fails with this error:

What is it? I've never seen this before today. As I said, the build is successful, so I tried deploying the app via Visual Studio and it all goes well.
