Trail renderer with physics?
Hello, everyone! I'm developing a 2D game about a man in a maze. The man took his ball of string so he won't get lost. I need to simulate the string.
I studied the possibility of using trail renderer and it's really close to what I need, but the man can also jump and, using trail renderer, it draws the line in the wall. That makes no sense.
I also thought about instantiating gameobjects, but, the way I do it, it would be insane (you can't destroy it until the level starts again and you can't create huge gameobjects as it wouldn't look so good).
I'm completely lost, that's why I come to you.
