Place and size a cube at farplane of camera
How do you place a cube and size it to fill the farplane of a camera?
Once you have the screen dimensions, is raycast the best way to find the world coordinates?

I believe you can use `Camera.ViewportToWorldPoint` and set the Z value to the farplane distance.
