Quality Settings shadows Android Problem

The issue is this, I have some Quality settings, but when I run the project in my computer, all the Quality settings are changed. For example, I put the Quality shadows in medium, and when I run it, resolution shadow is in hard. But when I make the apk, in my mobile phone, the resolutionshadows is in low.

resolution shadows can't be changed by code so I don't know what is happenning.

Now I have discovered this, I have two scenes, in one shadows is in medium resolution and in the other scene, shadows resolution is in low, with the same settings. Thanks.
