Projector shows strange shapes
I use a projector for a laser sight and it projects through walls like i want but on he android device I saw some strange shapes. I made the sight bigger to show this.
I have tried the blob projector and the additive one from wiki. This does not happen in the editor, only on my test device(Samsung Epic). I have tried disabling mip maps on the projector. I set the floor to a layer ignored by the projector and have tried different materials on the walls(now using Mobile/VertexLit) and the weird shapes remain. There is nothing under the floor to project through. Moving the projector doesnot alter the effect, moving a wall does - the shapes will change. Any ideas on why those shapes show up?

This is just a shot in the dark, but are the meshes your projector is projecting onto overlapping, that is do you have two meshes in the same spot? If you used Blender to make them, try going into edit mode and selecting Mesh --> Vertices --> Remove doubles. Also, you may have cloned objects and they may be sitting on top of each other (having the same location). Hope this helps!
I thank you. These walls were created in unity using cube. In wire frame mode I see just 2 triangles per side(like the front of the red wall) and there is only 6 walls here.
