Hi, firstly, i would suggest setting the quality to the maximum. Go to edit->project settings->quality, set fantastic and anti aliasing to 8x. To achieve such good looking colors, It's all about the right textures and shaders.

I'm not familiar with MagicaVoxel, but I did a bit of searching, and I see that it isn't possible to bake Ambient Occlusion. I recommend putting the model into another 3D program (like Blender) and baking some ambient occlusion onto the model.

I don't understand. What is wrong with the color? Is it because the model is flipped?

You can also Lightmap the model ins$$anonymous$$d of going to an external program to bake.

I do recommend using baked ambient occlusion like rioforce said. However the colour in the top picture looks like it has a high ambient light and a white directional light. You can try to match this in unity and you will get a much better result.

This is too short, and I can't explain it any better so here is a small link on how to achieve a good look in for any theme. also on unity answers.
