IAdBanner Questions

I have several questions related to iAdBanner. Also answers of these questions provide help to other members also.

On iOS simulator, can I view ads or not?
Before registering game to iTunesConnect, can I view test ads?
If not, then how to judge everything is okay or not?

I have got some information after reading this post. iAd and unity 3.5 ADBannerView

If I add following code AdBannerView then I have to use any other code or not? As per my consideration this is latest one.

I am first time doing this thing so I need pretty basic information for this.
