Store Data Online

So with out using Photon, how can have a Serialized class stored online that would hold players data. So when a player logs in, it downloads the players items, etc..

Thanks in advanced, this question may be a bit ambiguous but I hope you will understand.

Well, long answer short - create a database online that has PHP scripting to enter information. If you go on over to the Unify Wiki ( http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=Server_Side_Highscores ) and look around, they have a tutorial/scripts that do this sort of functionality, you do have to have some kind of hosting though (running your own dedicated server machine or paying godaddy, hostgator...) and then you can add info and retrieve info from PHP scripts you call through methods in your scripting. Vague answer I know, but it worked for me so I am sure you can figure it out if you put your mind to it :D
