Where do you find camera target on tank game?

I am currently following the tutorials on how to make the tank game. In the 3rd video about camera control, they said to copy the Camera Control Scripts to the CameraRig and on the video when they do it a target option comes up, which I don't have. How do I get it? Please could you help, it is a class project,
