Your Input On Creating A Laser

Hello,

I was just wondering if any of you had any awesome ideas in creating a super charged laser beam. The reason why I say super charged, is because - in my head, I see a build up of charge gaining power, and then suddenly firing this horrific laser beam.

I just really want to gain any ideas from you more experience people in how I could achieve this.

Or what you 'think' a super charged laser beam is ;)
