Blend Tree can't change animation when it gets minus value.
Hi Guys! I am working on a 2d top-down smartphone game and I have four animation for the four direction. (Go forward, backward, left, right). My problem is whenever I get a minus value on the horizontal or on the vertical axis(I move the player with a virtual joystick) the blend tree does not play the animation, it just set it back to idle. The animations with positive values are working fine, but with negative values it doesn't work. My question is am I doing something wrong, or it is just a bug? And if its a bug are there any alternatives for smooth top-down animation transitions? Thank you for the help!

make the "Apply Root Motion" bool of your animator component attached to the characters "true".
Unfortunately it's still take no notice of $$anonymous$$us values.
