Save Game Sceenes user quit aplication, Can I save the scene as a whole while leaving the game?

I want to record the scene as a whole, I want to delete this scene when the game starts from this scene and the game ends. There will be 2 scenes in total, the menu and the game scene, the game is endless platform, because I have to replace the obstacles and the character. As the number of obstacles is infinite, it increases and their positions change. I don't know how to keep them, they contain a parent and multiple children Thank you!!!
