Im having this weid issue with the Scene View after Updating to 2020.3.21f1

Hi, I am using Unity on my Computer, which i use for work. I am programing on unity there when i have free time. After Updating to Unity version 2020.3.21f1 (which was recommended to me by Unity itself) i started to have this weird issue in the editor. The scene view, as well as the game view keeps flashing out over a short pulse, both when i edit or when i simulate the game. When i move trough the scene in the scene view or in the simulation it sometimes flashes and when i stand still, either nothing happens or the screen blacks out after a a few seconds and it comes back, when i keep moving again. It also blacks out when i select something in the hierarchy tab to the left of the scene view. If you where wondering, yes it isn't as bad to a point where you cannot use unity anymore. It has been bothering me for a while now and i finally decided to ask how to fix. I am using a new MacBook Air with the M1 cpu at work. If you have any more questions, please ask
