Possible to make "override all" button on prefab instances ignore certain values (like it does for position)?

Is it possible to mark certain values on a prefab asset as instance specific (kind of like transform is treated), so that the "override all" button will ignore those values when overriding settings on the prefab asset?

For example, current health might be a variable that should be instance specific. Overriding current health on all prefab instances when editing a prefab via an instance doesn't make sense. Is there a property or setting to tell Unity that these values should be ignored when overriding prefabs?
