No standard assets

I downloaded unity3.1 and am trying to do the fps tutorial found in the resources section of the website. I cannot find Standard_assets.unitypackage, i only have standard_assets_mobile.unitypackage which doesn't contain the First person Controller.

I have had many problems with tutorials for unity as the all seem to be using older versions of the engine.
