Strange issue of MacBook,access Denied to Internet,when required by any Package/Plugin

Hello EveryOne. I'm a new MacBook User so don't know what actually is the issue.

whenever I try to use Package which need internet access to implement any of functionality at runtime,Macbook don't allow implement that functionality. For Eg. First I tried to use i2Localization,a plugin use to Convert the language.so when I try to convert the language it give no warning or error but things don't proceed. Now I'm using Mantal Environment System to build environment at runtime according to latitude and Longitude value but it fail.

On the Other Hand same packages Works Perfectly on PC.

Note. unity settings and build platforms are same for MacBook and PC project... pls help...
