Can't build for windows store, sdk error

I downloaded the window 10 sdk tools from here "https://developer.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk", but I can't figure out what is wrong. I'm using a PC if that helps or makes any difference.
No, I didn't. Still having the problem, although I have not tried in a while.
