Editing purchased assets?
I have a question rather legal than technical. I (who belongs to a company, so also our company) purchased an assets, which was good so long. And now, I have some problem with a part of it. More precisely, since the library uses some codes that require telephone permission, so my game now also requires telephone permission. And I don't want my game to permission unnecessary permissions. It seems that I can modify that script to avoid using telephone permission, but is it OK to modify script of assets that I have purchased?
Seems my words are bit mess, so simply
Can i modify script of asset that i purchase?
Thanks!

This answer is YES. You could modify the asset if it is purchased from Unity Asset Store.
Reference (https://unity3d.com/legal/as_terms)
in 2.2.1 and 2.2.2: END-USERS may modify Assets
in 6.1: Except for Services SDKs, END USER may modify Assets.
