App crashes on starting(Android)

I'm trying to launch app on Samsung gt-i9300(Android 4.4.4) but it crashes immediately after launch. Here is logcat filtered by Unity processes( adb logcat -s Unity ActivityManager PackageManager dalvikvm DEBUG) when app crashes. alt text

At the same time it works on samsung gt-i9500(Non-4G)(Android 4.4.2) and PC. Unity version - 5.4.0b14(beta)
