How to enable System.Data in Mono on Mac?

I want to use System.Data in my scripts. I've referred The type or namespace name Data' does not exist in the namespace System'. Are you missing an assembly reference?"

But under directory ../2.0 exists many files. Does it mean I should copy a .dll file to my project plugin folder?
