Web Player took 15 minutes to load a 275KB empty scene on my local laptop

I built an empty scene targeting Web Player platform which contains only 1 camera.
And the size of the .unity3d file is just 275KB.

However, when I double click the html file on my laptop, the web player still takes 15 minutes for loading before displaying the scene.

Is there anything that I need to check about? This is too slow. Thanks.
