Function to translate text in unity

Hi guys, I have looked on google and I didn't find any function in Unity that allows the translation of a text in unity. I mean like in joomla for example where you define a key and your value for this key and then you do a print(myKey) and depending on the language the text will not be the same. Thanks by advance
