How do I get a 3D (HDRP) template in 2020 LTS?

My 2020 LTS does not have a 3D (HDRP) template. My 2021.2.9f1 does, but not my 2020 LTS. I thought that 2020 LTS would have it by now since Unity claimed that HDRP came out of preview in the 2019 LTS.

Also, my 2021.2.9f1 does not have a Third Person template. My 2020 LTS does, but not 2021.2.9f1. I don't get why they would remove such a great template.

How can I get the templates that I want? As in a 3D (HDRP) template in 2020 LTS?

Right now I'm using a 3D Sample Scene (HDRP). I deleted all of the scenes and other items that were in it and added a plane. So now it is kinda like a 3D (HDRP), but it's weird that I had to do all that myself.
