Can you tag words themselves in unity besides game objects?
Hello! I just had a simple question concerning if words can be tagged in a game and if so, how do you tag a word? For example, I have 3 random word generators. One generator has nouns, one has verbs, and the other has adjectives. All nouns should be tagged as 1, all verbs 2, and 3 for adjectives. I want to say something like:
if (nounText.Text == Tag1) if (verbText.Text == Tag2) if (adjectiveText.text == Tag3)
{ Concatenate OutputText.Text = nounText.+ verbText.Text + adjectiveText.Text; }
What I am trying to do is get the randomly chosen words to be sent to the OutputText.Text in order (Noun first, verb second, and adjective last). I am not sure if I need to tag the words or just have the nounText, verbText, etc in order as shown in the concatenate above. I have never done something like this before and am not sure what the order of the code should look like. The reason why I am going about this this way is because I am not sure what word is going to be randomly generated from the generators so I thought to make things simpler by just tagging the words. Is this possible and if not, how should I set things up? Thanks!
